| March 13, 2006 First off, I'd like to say that the person was six months ago would have never had the courage or desire to finish a program like this. You see, I did not only run away from my family and friends, but I also ran away from myself. I am proud to say that this is the first cycle of action that I've completed entirely in a long time. I came to Narconon on my 30th birthday and really wanted to change my life. I was tired of running away and constantly needing drugs to get me by. When I grist came to the program, I was scared being far from home and all, but I was anxious to start the sauna program. I heard so much about how great the sauna was and how wonderful I would feel again after getting rid of all the toxins in my body. Boy where they right! I felt 14 years old again. My head, vision and skin were so much clearer again. My sleep pattern was back to normal and I wasn't having the mood swings or feelings of depression any more. After sauna, I started working on the books in the program I cant express how vital and important the tech and data has been for me. I have learned how to deal with problems that may occur in my life and I now can confront my family instead of running away or using drugs to suppress whose uncomfortable feelings. I want to thank Narconon for getting me my live back. I am living proof that this program works and I know it can work for you. SH _____________________________________ March 9, 2006 Sauna Success Story My sauna success story is very simple. Over many years I have filled my body with drugs and other toxins. I know for a fact that the presence of these toxins affected my decision making as well as my health. For years and years I woke up to an upset stomach, a headache, or just a "forget the world" mentality. And now all of that is gone. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to live that day as if it were my last. Sauna has worked like a mulligan in golf or the restart button on a video game. I feel GREAT! _____________________________________ February 10, 2006 The sauna program has helped me a lot. It got all the drugs and toxins out of my system and removed the cravings for drugs. My body is feeling wonderful and I am full of energy. It has also helped me to feel happy again. I have realized how much my drug use has hurt my family not only financially, but also emotionally. I also realized that out of all the drugs I was using, I did not need any of them. I was just doing them to have a good time and because it seemed to be a good idea at the time. Now that I am off of them, I feel better and I am happier. MW _____________________________________ February 10, 2006 I started sauna feeling good about the program but a bit leery of the sauna program's effectiveness. I stuck it out and one morning I woke up and felt like a million bucks. I have unlimited energy - I want to cook, clean and do course work. I want to stay clean for life and actually do something with my life and contribute towards helping others to get sober. All my senses have greatly improved. I can't wait to restart my life as a productive citizen. I thank God and my parents for giving me another chance to do right. I saw a person learn new things about themselves that they never would have believed to be possible. At first I was very skeptical of what objectives could do for a person, but after having run them on someone and seeing the color come into their face and the smile it brought. I had to believe in the power they held. I was eager to have them run on me. I wanted to smile like that and laugh and have a realization that it was possible for me to have that vigor that I saw another get. Once I got that chance it happened. I got that feeling, I had those same realizations, and I felt myself brighten up. I too had that vigor and now that I do, I will do everything I can to keep it, and the best part of it all is that I know that, that is possible. E.S.K. _____________________________________ My Success Story - Going into the Sauna was very exciting, knowing that all the bad toxins and chemicals were going to be removed from my body. It was also a little scary knowing that strange things happen to your body. My first couple of days were the toughest. Day 2, I came home and within 2 hours, I began experiencing withdrawals, which included sweating, feeling very cold, shivering and trembling. These lasted about 5 days. Around the sixth day, I noticed I was eating better and sleeping better. After only a week, I felt stronger. My body was feeling better all over. I was really starting to feel like I was not an emotional wreck. After the second week, my head began to get clear. I was very alert. This was a good feeling. By the time I finished Sauna, I was amazed at how I felt, and how focused I have become. I can drive places and can remember where I am going and exactly which roads I took to get there. I can remember phone numbers, dates, etc.And I am learning new things every day, things that I couldn't focus on before. I am very grateful for this program and I highly recommend it. It has changed my life and I can honestly say "I am happy." When I first started the Narconon purification program I was suffering from allergic reaction to a variety of dairy, wheat and deodorants. The symptoms of these reactions were flu-like and affected my concentration considerably and made my life feel like a living hell. After 35 days into the program, I felt an unbelievable wave of clarity rush over me that I hadn’t felt in 10 years. Even though I started feeling better day by day, the sense of being clear and thoroughly cleansed grew and I was overwhelmed by the fact that after 10 years of suffering I knew that the toxins in my body have been released and I was free from my affliction.
