There are 3
main areas that we focus on in providing support to the community. These areas
consist of first Rehabilitation - helping those that are caught in the grips of
addiction. Another area is prevention and education by providing accurate
current information about substance abuse; we prevent individuals from ever
going down that road. The third and final area is helping the innocent victims
who have been affected by a loved ones addiction, just one area here is an
after school literacy program for children.
The Atlanta Recovery / Narconon is a
substance abuse prevention, education and rehabilitation facility that develops
programs and materials based on the most current scientific research on drug
use and its impact on society. Atlanta Recovery / Narconon is developing an
exciting range of educational programs and services for 2003 designed to engage
teens, address the needs of parents, and provide employers, educators, health
professionals, policy-makers and the media with authoritative information on
drugs such as alcohol, marijuana, cocaine and heroin.
