Drug use and drug addiction is more prominent today than in any previous age. With it comes a deterioration of values, morals, and education, an alarming increase in crime and violence, with soaring rates of injury, sickness and death. The drug culture we currently live in did not exist at any time previously.
  • Heroin is now cheaply available in capsules and powder it can be smoked and snorted. The fear of needles is no longer a deterrent.
  • Home laboratories make "speed" (methamphetamine) plentiful and inexpensive.
  • Teenagers go to all-night dance parties, called "Raves", to listen to music and use designer drugs such as "Ecstasy."
  • Cocaine is now cheaply available in its most powerful /addictive form yet "crack".
  • Pharmaceuticals such as painkillers, opiates, antidepressants, and other mood altering drugs are freely prescribed and accepted as a way of life by society.
  • There are more alcohol related injuries, deaths, and crimes today than ever before.
  • Marijuana is 10 times stronger today than it was 20 years ago.
We can no longer ignore the fact that alcoholism and drug addiction are a widespread devastating force in our world. Pleading ignorance or ignoring this fact will only lead to the destruction of our children, our families and their futures. Get help today!
